Who do you typically work with?

I primarily work with senior executives, HR directors, and mid-career managers in medium-to-large international organizations. My clients are leaders who are successful but feel "stuck" in the gap between their strategic vision and daily execution, or who are navigating a significant professional transition.

Do you offer one-off coaching sessions?

My work is transformational, not transactional. While I offer an initial strategy call to determine fit, my engagements are typically longer-term partnerships (consulting projects or coaching programs) designed to ensure lasting behavioral change and cultural impact.

Can you facilitate workshops for my leadership team?

Yes. I facilitate interactive, high-impact workshops designed to "switch on the light" in your organization. These sessions focus on psychological safety, authentic leadership, and resolving the systemic issues that block innovation and execution.

What is your approach to consulting?

I combine 30+ years of business experience (including engineering and corporate leadership) with systemic team coaching. I don't just look at cause-and-effect; I look at the whole system—culture, behavior, and strategy—to identify where the real blockages are.

I am a mid-career manager feeling lost. Is your program right for me?

Absolutely. I specialize in navigating the "messy middle"—that phase where you have achieved some success but feel disconnected from your future path. My group programs and coaching are specifically designed to help you build a new identity and find clarity for the next 15+ years of your career.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. Based in the Netherlands, I work extensively with clients across Europe and the Middle East, both in-person and virtually.

How are you different from other executive coaches?

I am an engineer by training, not a psychologist. This means I ground my frameworks in logic, systems thinking, and practical application. I make the "soft stuff" (culture, behavior, identity) logical, tangible, and actionable for business leaders who need results, not just theory.
